What kind of energy efficiency upgrades have been made to the building?
Liberty Tower is a DRGIII Green Certified building! Many energy efficient upgrades were made for the building in order to qualify for this certification, including total LED lighting conversion in 2018 for both interior and exterior lighting, upgrading the original pneumatic HVAC controls to Direct Digital Controls for more efficient management, and converting from a single boiler to two high efficiency double boilers for redundancy.
